All mentioned rates are 'per night' rates. The basic rental fee is always based on 2 persons. The basic rate may fluctuate, depending on the period: outside of holiday periods naturally a lower rate applies. The minimal rental fee per rental period is € 250.-. For every extra person a fixed surcharge applies, € 5.- p.p.p.n.

No reservation fee, no energy surcharge, no cleaning fee* and no tourist tax. |

When picking the keys, You are required to pay a cash deposit of ¬ 100.- (for keys, damages etc.). |

You must leave the apartment the way you found it. Any damages, breakage etc. you cause are on the renters account. |

Rates are based on standard arrival times, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and a departure time of no later than 12:00 AM (noon). Different times are negotiable. |

The total amount on your invoice will be a minimum of ¬ 250.- per rental period. |

The rental fee is calculated from the 'per night' fee. Your booking is settled after receipt of a 25% down-payment of the total sum, with a minimum of ¬ 75.-. |

Following your reservation, you will receive a confirmation of booking / invoice. |

*) No cleaning fee is required if you leave the apartment clean and tidy, (vacuuming, washing-up, leaving no visible stains), otherwise ¬ 35.-.
